SALES MANAGER Company: Bal-Co SPA (09/2019 to NOW)
My main task is to develop the new agricultural division Bal-co Greenline, which provides organic crop protection products and fertilizer to growers, coordinating all the processes from marketing and sales development to supply chain management. I respond directly to the general manager, providing reports about sales forecast and managing the division’s budget.
I’m also in charge of production planning and product R&D, working with the production department and the internal lab.z

AGRONOMIST Company: Villafrut s.r.l. (03/2018 to 09/2019)
Villafrut is a company of the Iseppi Group (Switzerland) based in Italy, Verona. My tasks are:
- Producer management according to the Group standards and Clients requirement. my work takes place in different areas (Italia, Spain, Switzerland, Morocco). Producer management is focused on: field trip, Risk assessment evaluation, Audit with Villafrut Checklist, Technical support and consulting, Research and development.
- Collaboration with the GDO quality department for the project’s development and standards improvement.
- Support of the internal quality control and post-harvest planning in the warehouse.
- Support of sales and purchasing department.
As agronomist I am involved in projects related to enhance the sustainability of our production and to develop alternative strategies of plant defence.

AGRONOMIST & SALES Company: Advice&Consulting s.r.l. (11/2017 to 03/2018)
I helped growers and investors in the horticultural market:
- As agronomist I followed the fruit production with a specific consulting considering the client needs.
- I found the right technologies that could help the grower to succeed in his business (cold storage, fruit and vegetables processing, etc.)

EXECUTIVE MASTER IN SALES & MARKETING – BOLOGNA BUSINESS SCHOOL (2021 -2022)
The program develops an integrated view of the activities to be managed by the Sales & Marketing function, recognizing in the interaction of these disciplines the possibility of creating value for the market and generating better performances. The topics dealt with focus on the internationalization journey of businesses and the strengthening of local sales channels and networks.

AGRIBUSINESS MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM 2020 – BOCCONI SDA
Course specialized for acquiring business competence in the agribusiness sector (Strategy and Entrepreneurship – Accounting - Investments and Capital Budgeting - Production management - Marketing - Innovation management - Project management – Internationalization).
INTERNATIONAL MASTER IN HORTICULTURAL SCIENCE (2015/2017)
Master totally offered in English by the University of Bologna and the Free University of Bolzano. In this context I acquired competences in designing, managing and assuring the quality of horticultural business along the whole production chain.

Bachelor’s degree offered by the University of Bologna. Competences acquired in the management of agricultural enterprise (Agricultural Engineer and Economy, Crop protection, Chemistry, Crop science)
